• Confirmation on Ethereum: the batch is sent to Ethereum (using the new batch of standard data EIP-4844)
• A cryptographic proof (ZK Proof) is then sent to the mainnet
• Ethereum validates the whole thing without executing every single transaction one by one

The result:

• A security as high as Ethereum's one
• Transactions almost instantaneous
• Minimal fees (often less than one cent)

Abstract combines the ZK stack with a performant data layer (EigenDA) guaranteeing scalability and security.

The whole thing is EVM-compatible, therefore every smart contracts Ethereum can run on it without rewriting.

Why does Abstract exist?

Crypto has promised a revolution, but for most of us, it still looks like a maze of wallets, fees and understandable jargon. Abstract has been created with a simple goal: make the crypto invisible.
